"A little put out after being ten minutes late for my appointment, was asked to sit & wait to see if the Dr would still see me.  Seems cruel of a "first offence"

Thank you for your feedback, unfortunately when clinics are extremely busy and the appointment time has been missed, all patients currently waiting need to seen.  We try to get all patients seen but there may be a longer wait or a need to rebook depending on the capacity.

“Fill the waiting room with bright and cheerful colours”

A lovely suggestion and thank you, however we aim to keep the surgery a neutral, calming hue.  There is a rolling presentation on the screens, magazines and leaflets to read, and colouring pictures for younger patients.

“I find it difficult to see my preferred Doctor, they know my history.  When I ring on the day all the appointments with that specific Doctor have all gone”

Thank you for your comments,  but we cannot guarantee appointments with the doctor of your choice.  This is a group partnership, with full and part time clinicians who cover all three surgeries.  A second/different perspective is recognised as a positive thing, and all of the GP’s here have access to your personal needs.

Thank you for your feedback, it is difficult to provide drinks in the surgery due to Health & Safety regulations but if a patient is in need of water, please ask at reception.

The Cycle Rack is located towards the George Street Entrance at RMC, in the car park at OMC and next to the entrance at FEMC.

Thank you for your comments, I am sorry you were not treated respectfully.  From time to time receptionist at the branches have to urgently process the Dr’s paperwork as the Administration Team and Secretary’s are based at RMC.  We do expect all staff to be polite and courteous at all times and I apologise again that this was not the case for you today.

Thank you for the comments, the car park can get extremely busy and we do ask patients to consider parking on the streets where possible (1 hour restrictions apply).  Staff are implementing a new system to improve spaces.
